Serves: 6 | Prep Time: 10 min | Freeze Time: 4 hrs (or overnight)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bekaa Natural Pot Set Yoghurt

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

1. Make the blueberry swirl
In a small saucepan, heat blueberries, honey and lemon juice over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until the berries start to soften and release their juices.
Lightly mash, then set aside to cool.

2. Prepare the yoghurt base
In a bowl, mix Bekaa Natural Pot Set Yoghurt with vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

3. Layer the pops
Spoon alternating layers of yoghurt and the cooled blueberry mixture into popsicle moulds (or small paper cups).
Use a skewer or spoon handle to gently swirl for a marbled effect.

4. Freeze
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

5. Serve
Run the moulds briefly under warm water to release the pops.
Enjoy straight from the freezer. Cool, creamy, and full of berry goodness!

Bekaa Tip

Try swapping blueberries for raspberries or mango for a fruity twist — or dip the pops in melted dark chocolate for a grown-up version.
