Frozen Cherry Yoghurt Slice
This refreshing frozen yoghurt slice is swirled with juicy cherries and creamy Bekaa Dairy Natural Yoghurt, making it the perfect make-ahead summer dessert. Sweet, tangy, and irresistibly light.

Ingredients
2 cups Bekaa Dairy Natural Yoghurt
½ cup thickened cream
¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups pitted fresh or frozen cherries, halved
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on cherry sweetness)
Method
Prepare the Cherries:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cherries, lemon juice, and sugar (if using). Simmer for 5–8 minutes until cherries begin to soften and release their juices. Cool completely.Mix the Yoghurt Base:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bekaa Dairy Natural Yoghurt, cream, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.Layer and Swirl:
Line a loaf pan or slice tray with baking paper. Pour in half of the yoghurt mixture. Spoon half the cherry mixture over it and gently swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining yoghurt and cherries, swirling again to create a marbled effect.Freeze:
Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.Slice and Serve:
Remove from freezer 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh cherrries. Slice and enjoy!
Tip:
Substitute cherries for berries or stone fruit based on the season. You can also add crushed biscuits to the base for a cheesecake-style twist.
